John Barrington, DC, CCSP®

At Designed To Move Chiropractic, Dr. John Barrington, DC, CCSP®, delivers cutting-edge, evidence-based care to help athletes and active individuals recover faster, perform better, and prevent injury. As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP®), Dr. Barrington combines expert clinical knowledge with the latest technology to support both physical and neurological performance.

We proudly offer Interactive Metronome® (IM) therapy—a specialized program designed to improve brain timing, coordination, attention, and motor control. IM challenges patients to match rhythmic hand and foot movements to precise auditory cues, strengthening the brain’s internal timing system. Backed by peer-reviewed research, IM has been shown to benefit athletes as well as individuals with concussions, ADHD, stroke, and motor planning challenges—enhancing reaction time, focus, and cognitive-motor performance.

Dr. Barrington also utilizes the LightForce® Class IV cold laser, a high-powered, non-invasive therapy that reduces pain, inflammation, and muscle tension at the cellular level. This advanced treatment accelerates recovery by promoting tissue repair, making it ideal for sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical healing.

Whether you're recovering from an injury or striving to reach peak performance, Designed To Move Chiropractic offers the tools, technology, and expertise to help you move better, feel better, and perform at your best.
